Server Move and/or Install

Converting your Point of Sale machines to our Live environment.  Clients in our Live environment gain access to AdminHQ, our new, web-based version of the admin software, and data reflects immediately in all systems.

Prerequisites:  Vanco Food Hosted Server

NOTE:  While we convert your POSs and Server to Live, you will be DOWN and unable to use the software.  This process can take up to five business days.  We recommend you be on break while this process is undertaken.

Each POS machine can take between 15 and 75 minutes to convert.  This is based on the versions of SQL, Windows, and POS currently installed.  (older=longer).  

Based on this, we may be able to convert multiple machines during this single appointment.  

POS Live Conversion

If your machines are connected to the internet via WiFi, we can install POS on a single machine during this appointment.

If your machines are connected to the internet via an ethernet cable, we can install POS on up to three machines during this appointment.
